It's a good option yet lacks some of the styles I know you would like such as the spiky semi punk rock "Bad Kid" but it does have some great short hair styles. This is an edit of 16 short hair styles from KS Hair at 51.1 MB. Took me a couple hours but I think I have two viable options for you. The sort is a mess because it lumps ALL mods that require or even reference KS Hair into one big steaming pile! I stopped searching once I was getting only references to KS Hair rather than actual KS Hair mod options. Since you are an Xbox player, I went digging through over 300 of the 505 results yielded when searching KS Hair at bethnet under mods.
